Who we are

Golden Games LLC sells collectibles LIVE on TikTok Shop. We run goldengamesllc.com, the site our staff use to run the business, and the shipping texts it sends. This policy covers both.

Orders are placed and paid for on TikTok Shop, so TikTok's own privacy policy covers what you give TikTok.

What we collect

Visitors: Nothing. Reading these pages needs no sign-in, and the site runs no ads, analytics or tracking.
Buyers: When you buy from us on TikTok Shop, TikTok sends us what we need to fill your order: your TikTok username, what you bought and paid, and the name and address to ship to, part of which TikTok hides from us. We never see your payment details.
LIVE Streams: While we're LIVE, the site reads our own LIVE's public chat and viewer count and records our own video, so we can check that every sale is logged right.
Staff: Our staff sign in with a username and password. The site records their work and what we need to pay them.
Shipping texts: The mobile number of each member of our team who signs up for our shipping texts.
Our videos: Views, watch time and retention for the videos we post on our own TikTok Channels, read through TikTok's API for Business.

to pack and ship your order, and answer questions about it
to keep our books and pay our staff
to check that every sale is logged right
to learn which LIVE Streams and videos keep viewers watching
to send our team the shipping texts they asked for

We never sell personal information, and we never use it for advertising.

Who else handles it

We don't sell, rent or share personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. A few services work for us and handle it only to do that work:

Hosting: Hostinger runs the server the site and its data are kept on.
Sale checks: Anthropic and Deepgram check pictures and sound from our own LIVE recordings, to catch a sale logged wrong.
The law: We give information to the authorities only when the law requires it.

All of the above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: that information is never shared with any third parties.

Text messages

The site texts shipping alerts only to the owner of Golden Games and the staff who ask for them (Terms of Service, Shipping texts). We never text buyers, and we never send marketing.

A mobile number given for the texts is used only to send them. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Reply STOP to any text to stop them.

Keeping it safe

The data is kept on our own server and reached only over an encrypted connection. Only signed-in staff can see it, each only what their work needs, and passwords are stored scrambled, never as typed.

We keep orders and sales for as long as our books and tax rules need them. LIVE chat is deleted after two days, and so is each recording, apart from what checks our sales, such as a picture of each item sold. A number that replies STOP gets no more texts.

Your choices

Email us at pryce@goldengamesllc.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we'll answer within 30 days. We keep the order records our books and tax rules require.

TikTok Shop buyers can also manage their information in TikTok's own settings.

Children

The site and its texts are for adults. TikTok Shop buyers must be 18 or older, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
